Water Camps

Do you love the water? Swimming, boating, fishing, or anything else you can do around the lake? Then these camps are for you. Come enjoy a week honing those skills in canoeing or fishing, and learn a few new ones.

Do you love the water and all that it has to offer? Come spend the week boating, swimming, fishing, and learning something new about Fellowship lake. Maybe you’ll catch Walter!

Sailing Camp

Leader: Dave Eberbach

Grades: 7-9

Dates: June 15-21

Have you always wanted to learn how to sail or quickly tack and jibe? Join us for a week sailing on Fellowship Lake and a day-trip offsite. We may even see a regatta.

Outpost I

Leader: Jim Meadow

Grades: 5-6

Dates: July 6-12

Spend the week living in a tent across the lake. Cook meals over a fire, become a master canoeist, and build your muscles! End the week with a day trip to a local river or lake to put your canoe skills to the test.

Outpost II

Leader: Chris Jordan and Dave Raymond

Grades: 7-8

Dates: June 22-28

If you’re ready to see what it’s like on a river trip but still want to take part in the swimming, crafts, and games at Pilgrim Heights, this is the camp for you. You will start and end the week at Pilgrim Heights and spend a couple of days canoeing down an Iowa river and camping at night in tents along the way.
